This Realtor®-centric rental application tool helps you close rental transactions smoothly and quickly. So how does it work?
An initial, single-page online form is provided to the Realtor® to get things started. This form takes about a minute to complete, is mobile-friendly, and is pre-populated when launched from a Rental Beast listing detail - all saving you time.
Once this quick form has been completed, the property owner, renter, and Realtor® are all notified that the process has begun. Now, the potential renter fills out our secure online application form. After the renter enters basic personal info, residential and employment history, and verifies their identity - they then pay $49 to submit their rental application.
If, for whatever reason, the application is denied, the applicant can reuse this application unlimited times for up to 30 days without having to pay another fee. This is a major difference between Apply Now by Rental Beast and other rental application services, and a major value proposition for real estate professionals working with renters.
Apply Now requires only one application, at a $49 cost to the applicant, and unlimited submissions for 30 days until a property is found.
A simple, powerful Landlord Portal also gives the property owner access to each step of the process. Here they can view the entire application on a single page and pull up credit and background reports with a single click. Once the property owner reviews the application and reports, they have the opportunity to accept, reject, or accept with conditions from their computer or mobile device.
Once the property owner has made their decision, all parties are notified via email. Throughout the entire process, Apply Now automatically follows-up with the renter, property owner, and Realtor® to keep things moving along quickly and without the hassle!
Don’t take our word for it, take theirs. Discover how Rental Beast has helped thousands of agents build a meaningful pipeline within their spheres of influence.
