Job Overview:

Our growing company is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator with outstanding organizational, communication, and research skills. You will support the Marketing Department’s initiatives while exhibiting critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Your role will touch every aspect of the company’s marketing efforts, exposing you to the ins and outs of marketing a fast-paced SaaS platform.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you are eager to learn marketing best practices and gain vital experience. You love to take risks and learn, are humble enough to expedite the grunt work of a campaign—i.e., the less glamorous tasks such as configuring campaigns and importing mail files, building email campaigns, and deduping records—and are bold enough to participate in campaign decisions and contribute to market data analysis.

You are eager to develop administrator-level comprehension of marketing technology stack components. You have a start-up attitude—you’re able to get things done in a fast-paced environment, and you’re willing to put in work to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

• Executes tactical processes supporting the Sales & Marketing demand generation pipeline, including managing lists, importing files, conducting list and CRM hygiene, and responding to line-level Sales requests
• Conducts the tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing search, display, video, email, social media, remarketing, and retargeting strategies and best practices to achieve business objectives
• Coordinates marketing projects by managing requests, timelines, and outgoing materials - including but not limited to the company’s participation in in-person events and conferences
• Maintains a comprehensive marketing campaign and project calendar, fielding requests, identifying gaps and dependencies, and managing the expectations of clients, both external and internal
• Prepares ad hoc reports and presentations for use in company-wide presentations, executive and investor meetings, and meetings with prospective enterprise-level clientele
• Schedules and manages all project meetings with internal teams and external vendors, making sure time is spent productively by providing agendas and follow-up action items
• Conducts additional administrative, operational, and campaign-related tasks as needed
