What will this partnership provide?

MIAMI, the largest local Realtor Association in the U.S., will use Rental Beast’s hosted MLS solution to power rental-centric search, listing ingestion, listing syndication, and listing maintenance systems.

Additionally, all MIAMI Realtors gain access to Apply Now, Rental Beast’s secure, FCRA-compliant online application processing and tenant screening engine, and Rental Beast University, a comprehensive online learning center for rental education.

Access to Rental Beast Pro, including off-MLS listings, listing syndication to premier online properties, including realtor.com and Facebook Marketplace, and end-to-end renter-to-buyer tools are offered with monthly, quarterly, 1-year, and 2-year prices. MIAMI Realtors® are offered preferred pricing, and the overall cost of a Rental Beast Pro subscription will be well below the commission earned by closing one rental deal. By the way, nearly all Rental Beast Pro subscribers close more than one rental deal within their first quarter using Rental Beast Pro.
