Job Summary:

Our Landlord Experience team is focused on providing top notch customer service driving a delightful platform experience for our Landlords. The Landlord Experience team is at the heart of the residential rental real estate industry, capturing critical information that enables our clients to make informed business decisions. Rental Beast’s research contributes to one of the most important parts of our economy by providing real estate professionals with the information that they need to help people find their perfect home.

We are seeking a highly energetic Landlord Experience Specialist to engage directly with our Landlords through a high volume of outbound/inbound calling and emailing. Landlord Experience Specialists are held accountable to achieve daily and weekly goals while maintaining positive customer service relationships. This position offers an exciting environment and opportunity at a fast growing, cutting edge, technology company.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with expert verbal and listening skills
• One-year experience in an outbound call center
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Ability to work remote
